Explanation

The plagiarism screening policy at IJS: International Journal of Social Humanities is a crucial part of maintaining the quality and credibility of scientific publications. Each submitted manuscript is checked using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate to identify the degree of similarity (similarity index) with other published sources.

The maximum limit of similarity allowed is20%, with the exception of the bibliography and direct quotations, which comply with scientific principles. If the level of similarity exceeds the specified limits, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision. However, if indications of serious plagiarism, such as direct copying without attribution or duplicate publication, are found, the manuscript will be immediately rejected.
